EDM Rates

Demographic $0.20 per record with $0.05 for every additional filter
Behavioural $0.30 per record with $0.05 for every additional filter
Adaptive $0.35 per record with $0.05 for every additional filter

Purchase-with-purchase scheme:
For every EDM campaign purchased, client is eligible to purchase SMS's at $0.10 per record**.

**The number of SMS's purchased under this scheme cannot exceed the number of EDMs bought in the campaign.

EDMs with animated images grab readers' attention and are an effective way to drive click through to your websites.

Normal EDM
  1. Restriction: no JavaScript, flash and form
  2. HTML file size up to 30KB (not include images)
  3. Creative width up to 800px (recommended 600px)
  4. To use inline CSS (if any)
Animated EDM
  1. Restriction: no JavaScript, flash and form
  2. HTML file size up to 30KB (not include images)
  3. Creative width up to 800px (recommended 600px)
  4. To use inline CSS (if any)
  5. To give space for preview video size 280 x 210 pixels, maximum 15 sec.
    (max. 3MB animated GIF. Keep it small to ensure smooth download on
    viewer device; Note: Animated GIF do not contain sounds)
  6. To cut video space in full size

Landing Page for Animated EDM
  1. No limitation for file size and dimension (this is normal html page)
  2. Landing page video size 480 x 320 pixels

Creative submission and timeline
  1. Deadline: 3 working days (normal edm), 5 working day (video edm) before actual blast date.
  2. eDM: send zip file (html + images)
  3. Video: send original/High-Res video and advice on preview video edm timing, eg. 00:00 to 00:08.
    Any changes on video after conversion will take 2 working days to process.
